Our ideal client.

An owner-operated service business doing $1M to $10M in revenue, with five or more employees, an existing tool stack that has stopped scaling, and an owner who is the operational bottleneck. Industry doesn't matter as much as operational pattern.

02Engagement Model

Productized service.

Fixed scope. Fixed price. Fixed timeline. Followed by an ongoing retainer relationship. We do not bill consulting hours. We do not sell licensed software. We build a custom operational system for your business, deliver it on a defined schedule, and stay on as the team that runs and improves it.

The contract is structured as an MSA covering the relationship, plus a SOW covering the specific build. Setup fee is paid 50% on signature, 50% on go-live. Retainer begins on go-live and is billed monthly via ACH.
