03Founding Customers
The first 5 Valtryn customers receive Tier 1 pricing on what would otherwise be a Tier 2 build. In exchange, we ask for two things: a written testimonial after 90 days of operation, and a single warm referral introduction to another operator who fits our profile.
That's it. No equity. No exclusivity. After Customer 5, standard pricing applies and the program closes. We do not reopen it.
04Pricing FAQ
The build is a real engineering and operations project — discovery, custom dashboard, integrations, agent configuration, training. Setup compensates the work that creates the asset.
Hosting costs money. Claude API costs money. Bug fixes, new integrations, and small features are continuous work. The retainer keeps your system alive and improving.
30-day notice. You retain a full export of your data and SOPs. The dashboard goes offline; the operational improvements you've made are yours.
Setup fee is split 50% on signature, 50% on go-live. We can structure milestone-based payments for larger engagements.
MSA + SOW framework. Procurement-friendly. Net-30 terms available. Reference customers on request once we have them.
