The calls you miss are someone else's clients.

Valtryn builds and runs the AI systems that answer every inquiry in seconds, follow up until it books, and bring past clients back. Your business keeps the revenue it already earns.

Month-to-month. You own every account we build. Based on Long Island, New York.

The front desk has gone home.

7:42 pm. The front desk has gone home.

Most businesses don't need more leads. They need to keep the ones they already pay for.

Where revenue leaks

You already pay for the phone to ring: the ads, the website, the reviews, the years of reputation. In nearly every business we audit, the money leaves in the same four places. None of them appear on a report. All of them appear in revenue.

The unanswered call

It's 7:42 pm on a Tuesday. Someone who found you on Google calls, hears voicemail and hangs up without leaving a message. Before your team is back in the morning, they have called the next business on the list and booked there.

The slow reply

A web form arrives at 9:15 on a Saturday morning. A message comes in on Instagram during a busy afternoon. Nobody sees either until Monday, and by then the person has stopped waiting.

The quote that goes quiet

You spent an hour on a consultation or a site visit and sent a careful estimate. The client said they'd think about it. Without a planned follow-up, that decision gets made without you.

The client who drifts

Someone who came in last spring was happy with the work. Nobody reminded them it was time to come back, so this year they went somewhere that did.

Try it yourself: place a call to a sample business.

What we build

One system, run by people who answer for the result.

Missed calls get a text back within seconds. An AI receptionist trained on your services, prices and policies answers after hours and during busy moments, qualifies the inquiry and books it into your calendar. Anything it can't handle goes to your team with a summary.

Who we work with

Built for businesses that run on calls, bookings and repeat clients.

Our clients usually have one to ten locations, a front desk that is stretched or no front desk at all, and an owner who is tired of losing work they already paid to attract. The owner is often the person on the tools, in the treatment room or in a client meeting when the phone rings. If people call you, book with you and come back to you, the system fits.

Diagnose. Build. Operate.

Read our approach
  1. 1 Diagnose

We call your business at the hours you're least likely to answer, test your website inquiry flow, review how quotes are followed up and look at your past-client list. You get a written memo within five business days, whether or not you hire us.

  2. 2 Build

We configure the system around your services, scripts and calendar, register your texting number, set up consent capture and test every path with real calls before anything goes live.

  3. 3 Operate

We run it, read the conversations, fix what underperforms and report every month in dollars. You approve anything that speaks for your business before it does.

Engagements

Flat fees. No long contracts.

Engagements start at $997 a month on a 60-day pilot that includes everything in Core. There is no percentage of your revenue, ever. After the pilot you stay month to month, because it's working, and if it isn't you leave with every account in your name. We take on two pilot clients per practice area each quarter.

Questions

What owners ask us.

What does Valtryn do?

Valtryn is an applied-AI growth firm on Long Island, New York. We build and run lead response, follow-up, client reactivation, websites and advertising for owner-led service businesses, and report the result in booked revenue.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Service businesses where revenue depends on inquiries, bookings and repeat clients: medical and aesthetic practices, dental offices, contractors and home services, professional firms, salons and studios, fitness, auto, real estate and similar. Our deepest experience is in med spas and luxury home services.

How is this different from an AI receptionist app?

An app gives you a feature to configure yourself. We design the whole system around your business, connect it to your calendar, ads and follow-up, run it every month and answer for the result.

Do we have to change our software?

No. We work on top of the booking, CRM and phone tools you already use.

How long does setup take?

Missed-call text-back and a first reactivation campaign are usually live within about ten days. The full system takes two to three weeks.

What does it cost?

From $997 a month on a 60-day pilot, then month-to-month. Core is $1,500 a month and Growth, with advertising, is $2,500 a month, plus a one-time setup fee.

Who owns the accounts and data?

You do. Ad accounts, phone numbers, website and client data stay in your name, and we remove our access when an engagement ends.

Where are you based?

Long Island, New York. We work in person across Nassau, Suffolk, Manhattan and Westchester and remotely elsewhere in the US.
