Connor builds the systems that let owners stop choosing between the client in front of them and the one on the phone.
The short version
Connor Finnegan is the co-founder and CEO of Valtryn. He sets the company's direction, designs the architecture behind every client system and leads the firm's work with medical and aesthetic practices. He came to Valtryn with two things most founders in this space don't have together: a background in applied machine learning and the experience of running an owner-operated service business himself.
Background
Connor's technical foundation is in applied machine learning, developed through Inspirit AI, where he helped build a convolutional neural network for detecting and classifying colorectal tumors in medical images, work that was integrated into Northwell Health's research infrastructure. Before Valtryn, he founded and ran Oh'Squeegee, a mobile auto-detailing business. That taught him firsthand what owners deal with every day: phones that ring during a job, customers who need a reminder to come back, and too many tools that don't talk to each other. He studied business administration at the University of Pittsburgh. He is also co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of the Red Blanket Project, a New York nonprofit supporting vulnerable children in Kenya. Valtryn is where those two sides meet: serious AI, built for the reality of running a service business.

How he works
Build it like the owner is watching
Every system is tested on real calls before it goes live.
Measure in dollars
If it can't be tied to booked revenue, it isn't finished.
Simple for the client, rigorous underneath
Owners see a booked calendar and a one-page report; the engineering stays out of their way.
