Niko makes sure every relationship Valtryn starts turns into results the client can see.
The short version
Nikolas Yaziciyan is the co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer of Valtryn. He leads the company's growth, its client relationships and its partnerships, and he heads the firm's work with high-end home service companies across the North Shore, the Hamptons and Westchester.
Background
Niko built Valtryn's go-to-market from the ground up. He decides who Valtryn works with, how each engagement begins and how every relationship is grown over time. In luxury home services, a single missed call can be a five-figure project. He works with remodelers, kitchen and bath designers, pool builders and landscape firms to make sure that call is answered, qualified and booked, and that past clients come back for the next project. His approach is relationship-first: high-end clients expect discretion, responsiveness and follow-through, and so does he.

“We don't sell software. We sell the moment an operator stops working in their business and starts working on it.”
